Fronimos
are situated in the traditional village of Gavalahori, on one of its narrow,
meandering and picturesque backstreets. A thriving local village Gavalahori retains a traditional atmosphere with life centering around its little ‘square’, three tavernas, two mini-markets, kafeneion, bakery, (bread baked fresh on the premises daily), and patisserie. Fronimos are located less than a 5 minute walk from this central square, and they are equally well located for the beach at the pretty seaside resort of Almeritha, which can be reached in just five minutes by car and which offers a lovely sandy bay and most facilities you might need during your stay including an excellent choice of tavernas. and a host of timeless villages that are dotted picturesquely between the
sea and impressive White Mountains. The two houses are each designed on two levels. One of the bedrooms (a double) and a shower room are situated on the upper level and there is a twin bedroom, a second bathroom and an open plan kitchen/diner and comfortable living room on the ground level. Upstairs a large patio leads from the bedroom, from where you can enjoy beautiful views across the village and surrounding countryside, and on the ground level there is a covered patio that can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. Air-conditioned throughout both houses have well-equipped kitchens with full size cookers, large fridge freezers, microwaves, coffee machine and sandwich toaster. |
