beautiful views across olive groves and village houses to the sea as well
as easy access on foot to the village with its three excellent tavernas,
traditional bakery, patisserie, mini-market and traditional kafeneions,
where the locals congregate for their morning coffee and evening raki! Villa Dimitris is also equally conveniently accessible to the pretty seaside village resort of Almeritha, which can be reached in approximately 6 minutes by car. and some water sports. And, like our other villas in the area, Dimitris is
ideally located for those who want to get ‘out and about’ to some of
Western Crete’s best known attractions - the ‘alpine’ lake of
Kournas, the cool Springs of Argiouroplis, the picturesque 18km Samaria
gorge and the wonderful atmospheric Venetian harbour towns of Chania and
Rethymnon are all nearby. Designed on two levels Villa Dimitris has a double and a twin bedroom both with ensuite bathrooms on the upper level. The lower level has a twin bedroom, a ‘study’ room that can sleep a further 2 people if required, a bathroom with a shower and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven and |

There are private terraces and balconies on each level. Villa Dimitris is ideal family accommodation with the opportunity to sleep up to 8 in the main villa. An additional one bedroom apartment attached to Villa Dimitris offers extra accommodation for even larger parties of up to 10. (The apartment is only rented in conjunction with the villa - price available on request). The gorgeous pool (approximately 4m x 10m) has a shady pergola and comfortable pool furnishings and equally enjoys the wonderful views and tranquility of this idyllic location.
